Uhm, no. You do not feel more tired because of Daylight Saving Time. You feel more tired because you're waking up in the morning at the alarm clock, rather than getting whatever amount of sleep your body needs per day. Sheesh.

I know jet lag. You do not get jet lag or any other problem sleeping because of a one-hour change. People just whine about Daylight Saving Time because it's easy to notice, whereas their own lousy sleep habits aren't so obvious.
