Vampire-resistant

Yesterday we bought a 3 pound jar of peeled garlic from Sam's Club.

This morning, I took 8 or 9 cloves and minced them, then sauteed them in a bit of olive oil.  When they started to turn brown, but before they started to burn, I mashed them into some butter and spread it over toasted sourdough bread.  Yum!

Anyone have any recipes that are heavy on garlic?
