Tasty food!

I picked up some frozen pasta at Costco the other day. Vera Cucina flame grilled chicken ravioli with artichoke and lemon pesto. I covered it with some olive oil, Cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Soooooooo tasty!

I must be tired for a split second i read that as flame filled. hehe :) But it sounds yummy. I've never had artichoke before. I dunno why, for some reason i guess my mom and dad just never had it when i was little and i never got around to trying it as an adult so i don't know what it taste like.

have you ever seen that stuff called Mayoli? i tried it it wasn't bad, it's supposed to be made of pure 100% olive oil but it's like salad dressing mayo. but i think it said it had no cholesterol in it too. heres there webpage i found for it on yahoos search page. it said you can buy it online i think from there page but i got it a lot cheaper from my local krogers grocery store in Ohio. but the page may give you an idea what the stuff is. i found out about it when i saw it a while back at that store. i thought gee i wanna try that cause olive oil is good. it seamed to taste about like regular salad dressing mayo. but i guess it's supposed to be better for us to eat it than regular mayo is supposed to be for us. i also tried it cause I'm watching my cholesterol now. ps oops i think i almost hit send and forgot to include the url to that page hehe sorry :) here it is.

Thank you for this find! eMailed all their e-mail addresses requesting that they sell to the Kroger supermarket chain, which extends to California as Ralphs. Also asked them to release an institutional size--for small businesses and mayo freaks who put mayo on everything (guilty). Having a healthy alternative like this would be worth paying a premium price for our drug.
