Enough with the freaking snow!

Yesterday it warmed up a bit, well into the upper 30's, enough to start melting a lot of the snow that's been on the ground for nearly 2 weeks.  Naturally, that meant it had to snow today, 2-1/2 inches worth.  There's a 20-40% chance of snow through Saturday, a brief respite Sunday, then snow again Monday and Tuesday.  Argh.  The novelty of snow has now completely gone and is now nothing but an annoyance.

Doesn't help any that my eye is extremely light-sensitive now, and all that snow makes going outside downright painful, even with dark sunglasses.

I'm afraid I simply couldn't live in a region where dihydrogen oxide remains in its solid phase for any significant amount of time. I would surely perish...
