Postal stupidity

Is it my imagination, or have all the shipping/postage companies gotten worse recently?

I ordered a poster from ThinkGeek. The first one arrived torn and wrinkled along the edges. They sent out a second one, which arrived today. The heavy cardboard shipping tube had been bent in half, completely destroying the poster inside. Feh.
