Turkey Day.... Sort of....

captpackratLast year, I made a turkey and all the trimmings for my grandparents and SO.
But this year, I'm all alone. My grandfather passed away earlier in the year, my grandmother is in a nursing home and barely cognizant of her surroundings, and my SO is off in Nebraska.
I really hate cooking for myself. I feel no motivation to fix anything more than basic sustenance. So my Thanksgiving dinner consisted on turkey Spam, macaroni & cheese, and microwaved frozen potatoes.
Bleah.
