captpackratMy SO bought a bunch of Girl Scout Cookies at work. Among the varieties he purchased was a box of Caramel deLites. Damn but these are good. Too good. After chomping down a half-dozen or so, I happened to glance at the Nutrition Facts panel. A single cookie contains 3 grams of saturated fat! That's about 15% of your daily allowance, in one cookie!!! Yikes!
