UCSD TV is showing a 1930's drug movie marathon. Reefer Madness, Marihuana: Weed with Roots in Hell, Sex Madness, Assassin of Youth, The Cocaine Fiends and Keep Off the Grass.

Currently watching Marihuana: Weed with Roots in Hell. This movie was made in 1936, and has a surprising amount of nudity in it. This would probably be rated R by today's standards, I can only imagine how shocking it would have been 70 years ago.

Five weird habits meme

Ground Rules: The first player of this "game" starts with the topic "Five Wierd Habits of Yourself" and people who get tagged need to write an LJ entry about their five weird haabits as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose the next five people to be tagged and list their names. (Sorry, I don't do the tag thing)

1. I tend to swear in foreign languages, especially German. (Scheißekopf is one of my favorites)

2. I like to read comic books. But not typical comics like "Superman" or "Batman". Furry comic books.

3. I was never a Boy Scout, but I still follow the motto "Be Prepared". I carry in my pockets enough equipment to make MacGyver absolutely giddy. My car is even worse.

4. I keep my bedroom EXTREMELY cold (under 60F), or run a ceiling fan, and sleep under blankets.

5. I am a strict teetotaler. I have never touched an alcoholic beverage in my life.
