Apparently it was recommended that everyone eat "some" butter or margarine every single day, but you only need 1 serving of vegetables per day.

Tornado Watch 108

Lots of thunder outside, but it looks like the current line of storms is going to just squeak past us.  There's another cluster of storms about 40 miles away and heading towards us; it might arrive in an hour or so.

The primary threat today is large hail; the risk of tornadoes is relatively small

Power failure

Power went out. Tornado warnings a couple counties to the southwest. Severe thunderstorm warning next county over. Looooooong line of storms stretching beyond the Kansas border.
