Date: 2004-12-09 05:32 pm (UTC)When I used to commute over Highway 17 (one of the most dangerous strips of highway in the US, I might note) it was not uncommon to see someone with a cigarette and coffee, talking on their cel phone with a donut in one hand and I KID YOU NOT, a NEWSPAPER ON THE STEERING WHEEL. o_O
