Snow, snow SNOW!

captpackratSnow has been on the ground since early December. This winter is apparently very unusual; the previous year it didn't even snow appreciably until December 31st, and that snow melted in about a week.
There are finally a few bare batches beginning to appear on the lawn, mostly over the septic tank and near the house, but the lawn is still 85% covered, and the driveway is 95% covered in hard ice.
And now there's a snow advisory for tomorrow, with expected accumulations of 3 to 5 inches.
Great. Will this snow EVER go away?
