Tomorrow is going to be teh suck...

My shoulder and neck have been bothering me for several days, and last night was the worst so far. The Ben Gay and OTC painkillers weren't helping any, so I broke down and took some Ultram, a fairly heavy-duty prescription painkiller. One of the side effects is supposed to be drowsiness, but instead of helping me sleep, it kept me awake almost the entire night in a weird, fuzzy, disconnected state. I finally fell asleep around 7:30 or so, only to be woken up by the phone about an hour ago. I'm afraid if I try to go back to sleep, I'll have trouble sleeping tonight and will feel like crap when I have to go to work tomorrow.
