I recently applied for my handgun permit, about a month or two ago, and I think I should be getting it sometime before the sun goes out. I'll likely start out with a .22 revolver since, as you've discovered, the ammo is cheap. And I do have one of those boxes of rounds already anyway, for my dad's rifle. I don't think they'd cause trouble for the mower, as they seem to just disappear into the grass somehow.
I recently got interested in revolvers. I don't know why. There's a few that I have my eye on, but the one in particular that I want to get eventually is the Chiappa Rhino.
Also, I totally want one of those revolver rifle things you mentioned in a previous post. I might have to,seeing that it'll still be several months before I get my permit.
