The Donuts & Tea Diet
Mar. 21st, 2005 04:10 pmEvery morning for the past several weeks I've been eating 2 apple fritters for breakfast (they're cheap). Approx. 600 calories total. I then drink a 8-12 cups of unsweetened tea throughout the day, and don't get hungry until the evening when I have a light dinner.
So far I've lost nearly 10 pounds. :)
