What's that picture a scene from a video game? It looked like it had some kind of green emerald they was trying to get, that fox thing what ever it is.

What relative humidity is that?
I mean, here today, the *maximum* dew point was -3F, but that's 68% relative humidity, so it's quite ordinary.

Most electronic hygrometers have problems registering extremely low (<10%) humidity. The lowest RH recorded yesterday was 12%, however there were some data dropoffs, so it was probably well below 10%.
