Good guess, but this was from the old America Sings ride.
It started with one of the geese quartet singing "Where is my wandering boy tonight, down in the licensed saloon", to which the rabbit mother would plaintively reply, "Learning new vices all the night long, tempted to all that's sinful and wrong, listening to the siren's song, down in the licensed saloon."
The Animatronics from were recycled into Splash Mountain when it was built.
