Frosted Sugar Bombs

HyVee had a sale on their generic brand cereals, so I picked up a bunch of different varieties.

Among them was HyVee's clone of Special K with strawberries.  I poured a bowl and dug in.  It was sweet, almost like Frosted Flakes.  I checked the box and the second ingredient on the list was sugar.

I thought Special K was supposed to be healthy?

Last month someone gave me a box of Frosted Flakes, among other things. I've been getting rid of it by mixing it with the Special K with strawberries.

So I can imagine exactly what you're talking about. :-P
