captpackratWow, last night was crazy. One of the worst tornado outbreaks in a while. 4 kids were killed and 40-50 injured in Iowa and at least 2 killed and dozens injured in Kansas. Nebraska seems to have gotten away relatively unscathed.
No severe weather here, but a tornado did touch down about 6 miles away near the Platte River State Park, and another tornado was reported near Greenwood, about 16 miles away. The county was under several Tornado Warnings, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning and a Flood Warning.
