Noon and the temperature has already fallen to 10°F (-12°C).  The windchill, however, drops the temp down to -15°F (-26°C).

So, at what point do you anticipate needing to shovel the oxygen off the ground and cast it back upwards? (One might try using a blowtorch; however, this is not to be recommended)

Mercury freezes at -38°F and chlorine liquefies at -29°F so we're getting pretty close to that.

Bromine freezes at 19°F, which we've already passed.
