I'm a Kindle owner. You do realize that Amazon has been pushing that free Cooks Illustrated book for the Kindle, especially to customers marked as Kindle owners...so while this is kind of a gross juxtaposition, I'm not surprised at that percentage.

The craziest Amazon tie-in I've ever seen was when it made this offer to me:

Other customers who also wear clothes bought: Clean underwear from Target.

I wanted to send a message to Customer Service asking: You have customers who don't wear clothes? Are they cute? Can you put me in contact with them?
