Cracker-Barrel is our favourite brand, with a preference for the Medium, or Marble Cheddars. There are so many things it goes well with, or on its own of course!
My favorites are the sharper varieties, the New York and Vermont cheddars in the black and green wrappers.
I perused the Kraft website (lousy, hard to search) and found they also own Nabisco (Ritz, to go with their cheese), and Maxwell House (the coffee I drink, but not with their cheese), Philly Cream Cheese (that goes on the bagels that go with the coffee I drink that they produce....). I'm sure if I check my cupboards and fridge I'll find more of their products (like yummy, salty, gummy Velveeta!).
