It actually looks to be right on the nose with the GPS readings I've taken.
However, searching by address is WAY off; if I type in my home address it shows me half-way down the street and on the wrong side. But then again, every mapping program I've ever seen does this (probably because the street was originally intended to be much longer and was numbered accordingly, but this was abandoned about 15 years ago. Most mapping programs figure out the numbers based on a linear progression along the street, something that doesn't apply here.)
