Apparently this "night time" cold remedy is what's been keeping me up at nights. Why can't the "day time" version help keep me awake at work?

It's listed as a possible side effect. Both of the popular "night time" and "day time" liquid remedies keep me awake too. Apparently happens to as many as 10% of those who take them.

Amusing, really. If you look at the possible side effects for headache remedies, "headache" is often included. If you look at decongestants, "nasal congestion and swelling" is almost always possible.
