One use for ricotta...
May. 16th, 2005 12:54 pmI baked some chicken, cubed it, and then put it on a flour tortilla with some ricotta and tomato sauce (fresh tomato would probably work better for most people, but I don't like fresh tomatoes). It's fairly tasty, but still lacking something. Perhaps some fresh basil, maybe a wee bit of prosciutto (neither of which I have on hand).
