Went out to my car this morning, and found a screw in the tire. I probably picked it up yesterday at the company trailer in Temecula (I work for a construction contractor)

Fortunately, it didn't leak, and they were able to repair it easily enough. I had them balance and rotate the tires while they were at it, since it was almost due anyway. Thankfully all that was free.

I'm a bit dubious about patching a W-rated tire, but we'll see how it works out.

I've had plenty of plugged tires out on the roadrace track. Not had a problem yet and that was well into triple digits. The sidewalls are offlimits tho.

I second that...I keep plug kits in my cars, and they always work 100 percent, even on my low profile racing tires. just have to make sure and follow the instructions to the letter, and yeah, sidewalls cannot be plugged.
