captpackratLast week I bought a couple gallons of milk at the supermarket, then accidentally left them overnight in the trunk of my car. So I put the two bottles into a plastic garbage bag and tossed them in the trash.
Unfortunately, the fermenting milk caused the bottles to explode all over the inside of the can, and then the can leaked stinky sour milk all over the sidewalk when I wheeled it out to the curb. Great.
I'll have to remember to hose the can out tomorrow after the garbage men pick it up.
I wonder if I can get them to give me a new garbage can, since this one obviously leaks.
Moral of the story: No matter how much milk you have to get rid of, dump it down the sink, not in the garbage.
