Another earthquake in California, this time a 6.7 205 kilometers off the coast west of Eureka. This is the fourth large quake in just six days!

Just as strange, parts of the Sierra Nevada got snow! In the middle of freaking June!!! CNN was showing video of snow along I-80 through the Donner Pass.

I used to own property in the bay area, california.

It's often been said that the housing market there is nearly bulletproof, surviving even a recession and steadily increasing. Well, we always knew one thing for sure. One day, when a big quake hits? It won't survive that. Four big quakes in 6 days ... if this is a buildup to something BIG BIG .. which california IS overdue for ... I'd consider visiting relatives and/or stocking up on fresh water and canned food supplies. Better to be safe than sorry. Plus if your fridge is full of big bottles of water, every time you open it less cold air is lost which makes it run less to maintain the temp. Flashlights, batterys, passport, $500 in cash, all the stuff you really don't wanna be caught without in the event of an emergency, but most often people -are- ...
