Another earthquake in California, this time a 6.7 205 kilometers off the coast west of Eureka. This is the fourth large quake in just six days!

Just as strange, parts of the Sierra Nevada got snow! In the middle of freaking June!!! CNN was showing video of snow along I-80 through the Donner Pass.

5.3 (preliminary) 5 clicks NE from Yucaipa, CA.

I felt it here, though it was just a quick "Was that an earthquake?" sort of jolt.

This quake appears to be on the San Bernardino branch of the San Andreas Fault Zone. Ooof.

This is the 3rd large quake to hit the state in the past week. A 5.2 near Anza on the 12th, a 7.0 off the coast of Crescent City on the 14th, and now this one. Every 2 days. Strange....

Jolted awake this morning. Magnitude 5.6 (preliminary) near Anza, CA, less than 50 miles away. It was a very short event; I wasn't even sure it had been an earthquake until I turned on the radio.

If you live in Southern California, fill out the USGS Did You Feel It? form, even if you didn't feel anything.
